3. If you have been given your vision in a format other than 20/x (e.g. 5/50) you may simply multiply both portions of the snellen fraction by the same number so that the numerator equals 20. The Snellen number (LogMAR number) remains the same. (e.g. 1/60 = (1*20)/(60*20) = 20/1200. If your vision is categorized as "Counting Fingers" or "Light Perception", simply enter CF or LP into the boxes accordingly.
4. You may organize the table by data points in a column by clicking on the links at the top of the table. (e.g. Name, Gender, Mutation, etc)
5. The form to enter your data is the last row in the table below, UNLESS you have already entered data. If you have already entered data, your row in the table will be editable. By default they are arranged alphabetically. Once you enter your data please click the "Submit" button which is either: below the table (For new users), or in the last column (For return visitors).
6. Advanced sorting options are available on the "View Only" page. These options allow you to sort the database by more than one field at a time. (e.g. Sort by gender, then vision).
